investigation was made in 1920, we have no

The work on report, plans and stimates for the

layout of Hong Kong means a great deal more than the

plans and estimates which accompani -d the report.

Bary designs and estimates were got out in detail

and diedussed between the partners of the firm before

we were satisfied with the one finally recommended,
